Students are expected to attend an on-site material pick-up day. Students pick up their student ID, class schedule, bus schedule, student planner, physical education uniform, physical education lock and textbooks. Parents are notrequired to attend with their student.
Please note the following material pick-up dates, communication will follow in July regarding assigned time slots for these dates:
Grades 10-12 Monday, August 2 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Grades 10-12 Tuesday, August 3 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Grade 9 Wednesday, August 4* 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
*Important note for incoming freshmen: the material pick-up process will take place during Freshman Orientation on Wednesday, August 4 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. There will not be a separate material pick-up for your students. You will receive further details on the freshman orientation schedule from the principal in late July.
There will be a make-up material pick-up day on Wednesday, August 4 from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM for those unable to make it on their assigned date and time.
If your student is unable to attend on any of these dates and times they will have to report to the bookstore on the first day of school to obtain the materials. The bookstore will have extended hours from 7:00 AM to 3:10 PM the first week of school.
