Required Documents for 2025-2026:

  • FSA ID
  • Social Security number (student's and parent's)
    • If the student applying for financial aid does not have a valid Social Security number, DO NOT FILE.
    • If the student has a Social Security number but the parents do not, you may still file and use 000-00-0000 when asked for parent information.
  • Student's driver's license
  • Student's 2023 W-2 forms and other records of money earned
  • Student's 2023 Federal Income Tax Return: IRS 1040, 1040A, 1040 EZ
  • Parent's 2023 Federal Income Tax Return (if you are a dependent student)
  • 2023 untaxed income records (welfare benefits, Social Security, or Temporary Assistance for Needy Families)
  • Current bank statements
  • Current business and investment records (if any)
