Student Fees & Payment Information

Qmlativ
Fees will be assigned to your student’s Qmlativ account throughout the year based on their involvement in athletics, unreturned bookstore items, etc. To view obligations and submit a payment, log in to Qmlativ and locate the “Fees” section.

Payment Options

• Credit card payments can be made online through Qmlativ and Revtrak.
  • You will need your student’s ID number to complete your transaction.
• Checks should be made out to Grant Community High School.
  • There will be a $12 service charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.
• Cash will be accepted in person. Please do not send cash through the mail.

Payment Plans
Payment plans may be arranged by contacting the Fee Manager, Emily Snyder, at (847) 973-3427 or email esnyder@grantbulldogs.org.

Fee Waiver Applications
Fee Waiver applications may be obtained from the Front Office or on our District Forms page. A new application must be completed each school year.

Athletics
All athletic payments can be made online through RevTrak. To pay athletic fees, please visit the GCHS Web Store. If athletic fees have not been paid by the end of the season, an obligation will
be added to your student’s Qmlativ account. Once fees are posted in Qmlativ, you may pay through Qmlativ. Summer athletic camps are independently run and fees will vary based on sport. All summer athletic payments can be submitted through the Athletic or Front Office.

*Please be aware that payment plans and Fee Waivers may be applied only to registration fees (school, athletics, Driver’s Education). Fees for additional PE items, parking permits, and Summer School Driver’s Education cannot be waived.
