The registrar is responsible for the following: new student registration, maintaining all student records, recording and issuing grade reports, providing transcripts, enrollment verification, good student insurance discounts, issuing schedules, and duplicate diplomas.
Use this form to send transcripts to colleges, employers, scholarship applications, etc.
