    • CollegeScholarships is a great site for students with past and present health issues.  Example:  there are scholarships for students with asthma, diabetes and scoliosis.

      If you have to pay money to get money, it's probably a scam.  In general, be wary of scholarships with an application fee, scholarship matching services who guarantee success, advance-fee loan scams and sales pitches disguised as financial aid "seminars" online.
      This site uses a simple and interesting format to present scholarship information. It does contain a scholarship search and a whole lot more.  By accessing the site map, students can see lists of sweepstakes & contests, minority scholarships, grants, corporate scholarships and large dollar amount awards. Under Financial Aid Tips there is a list of Do’s & Don’ts for scholarship applications. Parents will really appreciate the many financial calculators located in the Calculatorsection.
