The Grant Community High School Foundation will be hosting the Twenty-fifth Annual Gala Dinner Dance on Saturday, November 2, 2019. The Gala, which combines a live auction, silent auction, dinner and dance, is an evening dedicated to supporting the Foundation.
Since its founding in 1985, the Foundation has distributed thousands of dollars to enrich opportunities for Grant Community High School students. Proceeds from the Gala provide assistance for a variety of programs, including:
- Students in Need – provides assistance for school-related expenses for students whose families are in financial need.
- Student Scholarships – provides numerous scholarships for outstanding student achievements in academics, leadership, public service, performing arts, and much more.
- Instructional Innovations – provides funds for instructional technologies and innovative classroom projects.
The Gala will take place at Maravela’s Banquet Hall in Fox Lake. A festive evening of dinner and dancing is scheduled to begin at 6:00pm. Tickets are available on the Grant Community High School website at www.grantbulldogs.org. Click on “About GCHS” and “GCHS Foundation” to purchase tickets or find additional information. Tickets are $65.00 per person or $500.00 for a table of eight, including open bar. Tickets may be purchased online.
The Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax-deductible. It is only through the support of our students, parents, community members, and local businesses that this event continues to be successful.
