The main priority of the Technical Support Interns are to support the technology needs of Grant students, faculty and staff.
- Assist Students and Staff with technology problems
- Create Help Desk Tickets
- Customer Service
- Answer Phone Calls
- Repair student computers
- Learn the different parts of Chromebooks, how they work, and what make them different then other computers
- Learn how to diagnose issues in the most efficient and correct way.
- Work closely with other TSI students to help solve problem together as a team.
