  • The main priority of the Technical Support Interns are to support the technology needs of Grant students, faculty and staff.  

Help Desk

    • Assist Students and Staff with technology problems
    • Create Help Desk Tickets
    • Customer Service
    • Answer Phone Calls

     

Repair

    • Repair student computers
    • Learn the different parts of Chromebooks, how they work, and what make them different then other computers
    • Learn how to diagnose issues in the most efficient and correct way.
    • Work closely with other TSI students to help solve problem together as a team.
